To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), you may apply to the data controller (Kocalift Hidrolik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi) by the methods below. See the KVKK privacy notice for how your data is processed.
How to apply
- In writing: a wet-signed letter delivered in person or by post/notary to Ostim OSB, 1201. Sk. No:115, 06374 Yenimahalle/Ankara
- Signed with a secure electronic or mobile signature, by e-mail to: kocalift@gmail.com
- From an e-mail address you previously provided to us and that is registered in our systems, to: kocalift@gmail.com
There is no application form on this website; you do not need to send identity information through the site, WhatsApp or social media.
Information your application must include
- Name, surname and, for written applications, signature
- Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens; nationality and passport or ID number for foreigners
- Residential or business address for notifications
- E-mail address, telephone and fax number for notifications, if any
- Subject of the request
Response
We respond in writing or electronically, stating to what extent the request was met and the reasons for any refusal (we may call you to clarify your request, but a phone call does not replace the written answer). We respond as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge (a fee of TRY 1 per page may apply above ten pages, or the cost of a storage medium). If your application is rejected, the answer is insufficient or no answer is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the answer and in any case within sixty days of the application date (KVKK Art. 14).
