It works on special, construction machinery, industrial, dam gate, concrete pump, 700 bar, mining and press hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic cylinder spare parts.

- Single acting, double acting and telescopic hydraulic cylinders
- Heat treatment of concrete pump fasteners in special furnaces
- Revision work carried out in-house
- CNC turning up to Ø650+30 mm and 2200 mm length; universal turning up to 4000 mm length
- Honing from 50 to 500 mm diameter, up to 5000 mm length (10000 mm on tubes open at both ends)
- Robotic welding (5000 mm clamping length) and a 180-ton workshop press

Which hydraulic cylinders do you manufacture?
We manufacture special hydraulic systems and hydraulic cylinders for construction machinery, industrial use, dam gates, concrete pumps, 700 bar applications, the mining industry and presses; we also provide hydraulic cylinder repair, maintenance, revision, spare parts and contract manufacturing.
Do you repair and revise existing hydraulic cylinders?
Yes. In addition to manufacturing, Kocalift repairs, maintains and revises existing cylinders. Revision is carried out in-house; after revision a dimensional check is made and the cylinder is tested before delivery.
Do you manufacture cylinders to custom dimensions?
Yes. Cylinders are made to provide the connection distance, connection type, stroke, pushing force and pulling force requested by the customer, in special design or Cetop standards.
Are the cylinders tested before delivery?
For dam gate and concrete pump cylinders, pressure and tightness tests are carried out after manufacturing and assembly. Revised cylinders are also tested before delivery.
