This policy summarises how www.kocalift.com works with regard to personal data and privacy. Details are in the KVKK privacy notice and browser storage is described in the Cookie Policy.
What the site does and does not collect
- There are no contact forms, accounts, comments or newsletter sign-ups; no personal data is collected through forms on the site.
- No Google Analytics or other analytics, advertising/remarketing tags, Meta Pixel, social media plug-ins, embedded maps or videos are used.
- Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server; no requests are made to third-party servers when pages load.
- No cookies are set for visitors. See the Cookie Policy.
- When you visit, IP address, time, requested page and browser information are kept as server access logs by the hosting infrastructure in order to deliver the site.
When you contact us
The e-mail (kocalift@gmail.com) and telephone (+90 312 577 75 78) links open the e-mail or phone app on your device; you initiate the contact. Telephone calls are not recorded. Information you send is processed only to answer your request and to handle quotes/contracts. E-mails are received and stored with Google (Gmail, Google Workspace).
WhatsApp and social media
You can also reach us via WhatsApp or by direct message to our social media accounts such as Instagram/Facebook. If you choose these channels, your messages and account information are also processed by the platform (Meta group companies) under its own terms and privacy policy. The website only contains plain links to these platforms; unless you click a link, visiting the site does not send data to them.
Links to other sites
The site links to other sites such as Google Maps and our social media accounts. When you follow them, those sites' own privacy and cookie rules apply.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and a Content Security Policy allows only our own resources to load. Only authorised staff can access the content management panel, protected by strong passwords and session security measures.
Admin panel users
The admin panel is for authorised staff only. Users' name, e-mail, password hash (the password itself is not stored), sessions and change logs are processed; for failed sign-in protection, the IP address is kept for at most 15 minutes. Session records do not store IP address or browser information.

Changes
If the way the site works changes (e.g. a form, analytics or a new service provider is added), this policy and the related notices will be updated before the change goes live.
